Floor Surface Preparation

A clean, sound and well prepared floor is essential in ensuring that any floor finish will perform satisfactorily. Cement laitance, existing coatings and any other contamination must be removed prior to floor finish being applied. The specialized preparatory techniques we use include:

• Captive grit blasting
• Scarification and abrasion
• Diamond grinding
• Hot compressed air treatment.
